Raw Material Testing Facility
We use only certified steel for our production process and ensure that every product is checked with cutting edge equipment for accuracy and reliability. At the heart of our operations is a commitment to enchance quality on a consistent basis. We belong to a group of select companies in the Indian Forging Industry that have had their Quality Management Systems and Standards certified to be in compliance with ISO 9001 :2008.
Design & Development
We have CAD/CAM PRO-E Simulation softwares available for sketching of drawings. ROLEX FORGINGS engineering centre comprises of advanced computer aided designs, manufacturing and analysis capabilities, which caters to customers needs right from concept design to validation and testing.

A completely equipped Tool Room with VMC duly supported by CAD/CAM Technology , Copy Die sinking machines and Electric Discharge Die sinking facilities for ensuring perfect repeatability.
Well Equipped with Drop Hammers and Trimming Presses along-with temperature indicator Furnaces.
So without fail we always dispatch goods from our end as per the fixed date from our factory. We respect the value of time for our customers.
